The Nasdaq is up 34 points today. The S&P and Dow are down today. There's a fresh day on semiconductors. Angle and separation is good. With the Nasdaq so strong, the top 15 tech stocks blow up big. Remember this for now and the future. The oil industry of course is doing well. For consumers this is actually good, because the price of gas will be going down within a few days.

SWKS - The cross on the chart didn't happen today. It's up .52 today. You might not want to pass on this one today. It's a wizetrade. Stretch from a day trade to a swing trade.

TMX - This stock is down at the end of the day. It's trading back up today to where it was last year. You should probably pass on this one.

The markets are not looking great today so far. Crude oil has crossed over on the downside. The overall trend is still good though. There's some resistance in corn, soy beans, and agriculture all together. There seems be some wedge that's stopping these commodities from breaking out. The overall trend is to the upside, but we're just waiting for some break away.

There's a great weekly chart for U.S. Treasury Bonds. However there is some weakness, so keep an eye on it.

Good luck today with a wizetrade!

ANR was on the radar yesterday and most people made .90 per share if the set their settings appropriately. You should have used "stretch the day." It's one of the best strategies for a swing day trade.

There's not a lot of strength on the diamond concept today so don't try and load up on stocks on the weekend. Push for a scan of average picks. Look for trades with high volume.

There's opportunities all over the market today. Crude oil is at $135.00 barrel today. As I'm sure you've probably heard... Bush is trying to sue OPEC for jacking up the prices. Good luck with that. The real problem is inflation. The stock market hates inflation and most importantly, it hates uncertainty, and that's what the oil market looks like today.

Incase you also didn't know, we're in a period of stagflation now. This is a big explanation of this oil crisis and stock market inconsistency. Natural gas should be doing well soon too so pay attention to it.

There was a little bit of movement in the stock market yesterday. Today the Dow's down about 8-12 points. There was some really significant movement today, such as Gold. A bigger move was silver. The metals market is increasing suddenly because of people's fear of inflation. The dollar is resuming it's overall downward trend. Crude oil hit $130 a barrel today! A lot of people are afraid to buy crude oil, because it's so high they speculate it's coming down. It doesn't look like it will. As a matter of fact, crude oil is expected to go up to $150 a barrel soon. Keep an eye on soy beans. It appears to be doing pretty well, and will do better pretty soon.

Dow is up 130 points. Maintaining above 1400 in the S&P. Crude oil is bouncing on the mid-term. It may be setting itself up for a swing trade. A nice new week is developing with a little bit of volatility. Wizetrade shows some good opportunities in the meat sector. Retail sales are at .5% today. This is good to see and is better than its expectations. Crude oil is up $.22. Gold has crossed over on the weekly chart. A lot right now is dependent on the dollars strength or weakness consistency. If the dollar continues to weaken, oil and gold will continue to rise in price. If the dollar rises, the opposite obviously holds true.

Wizetrade: Getting Ready for Success

The life of a stock trader can be very volatile. But if you trade wizely, (no pun intended) trading can be very exciting. I remember the first time I posted my first 10 trades. They were paper trades, which means; it was all virtual money.

After I posted my trades, I took a nap and when I woke up I was up 20% and made over $10,000 in mere hours. I thought I had just hit the jack pot! I was so excited and couldn't wait to begin trading real money. Wizetrade started looking more and more "real" to me. I started crunching numbers to look at my earning potential based on the amount of real money I had, and I was looking down the barrel of a really hefty retirement.

My pipe dreams of retiring on the beach in Hawaii started to look like real possibilities. After a couple of months, I paper traded some more to make sure that I knew what I was doing, and was going to be able to duplicate my success with real money.

After two months, the day came. I was ready to start trading real money with wizetrade. I wasn't nervous like I thought I would be because I had practiced, studied, and perfected the system. My first trade plummeted!

I paused everything and broke apart my error piece by piece to see what I did wrong. Thankfully, I realized I made a minor mistake in my wizetrade settings. I adjusted the settings appropriately and my trades started showing some positive runs.

I won't disclose how much money I made that day, (sorry, I like to keep that stuff private) but I will say this...I made enough to pay for the software several times over. At that point I was happy, not just because of the amount of money I made.

But I was happy because wizetrade really did work! And I was able to recoup my investment with the software. All in just one day. I'd like to remind you, that before using wizetrade, I never traded or knew how to trade a stock in my life. It was the training and support from wizetrade that got me through the breeze. I am eternally indebted to their support staff. They really helped me and got me going.

In closing, I'd like to address the title of this post more specifically. As people, we often find a negative in everything. When I saw the wizetrade infomercial, I was looking to find something negative. I wanted to be a skeptic. Because I had been burned by informercial products before. But something about wizetrade and myself was different.

I was really in desperate need for a change in my life, so I decided to take a serious and positive look into wizetrade. I did my research and obviously went through with the purchase.

I have to say... If I would have approached wizetrade with the usual negative, defeatist, skeptical mindset that I usually do with things of that nature, I would still be working my 9-9 job and hating every minute of my life. I love my new found freedom, and after gaining my new sense of positivity with wizetrade, I have transformed that to all other aspects of my life, and it is great.

I hope you take a look at yourself and figure out what you're lacking in life and how you can make it better. Getting ready for success rather it be stock trading or anything else in life requires positivity.

My Review:

No new highs in crude oil today. Price is down $1.80 at $1.20/barrell. The primary reason for the price reduction is the strength of the dollar today. Gold is also being knocked down. Corn needs to be planted by May 15th. Hopefully the weather will permit, and good gains will be able to be made. Beans seem to have bottomed out.

Natural gas seems to be doing well and should develop into a swing trade within wizetrade.

This week, CPI (Consumer Prices Index) comes out and the fed should be giving some sort of plan about inflationairy pressure. Look out for this report. It is vitally important! I will more than likely be making a post about this towards the end of the week.

Wizetrade: Wizefest

What is WizeFEST? Wizefest is Wizetrade's ultimate community-building and training event. Each year, they bring together thousands of traders from around the world for the very best in training, networking and socializing. WizeFEST, a tradition since 2002, is characterized by contagious energy and a strong desire to work to improve trading skills. This incredible event grows in scope each year as wizetrade adds more training classes and increases the opportunities for networking among its diverse customers.

I didn't get a chance to attend last year's wizefest, but I went in 2006 when Bob Dole was the guest speaker. It was a lot more than I expected. When I heard about wizefest, I initially imagined it would be a meeting with a bunch of stuff-neck conservatives walking around with geeky glasses laughing about how rich they are. I also imagined the atmosphere would be a small hotel ball room with a few balloons and picnic tables set up.

Boy was I wrong! Wizefest was extraordinary! Once I walked into the building I was engulfed in this weird presence of success. No matter how negative or pissed off you could have been that day, once you walked into that aurora, you were hooked in. The coolest thing was the live wizetrade tv broadcast they were doing. Back then wizetradetv was in its early stages of development. But you could tell they pulled out all the stops to get it up and running. I don't know the exact count, but there had to be at least 10,000 or more people in attendance.

Surrounding the foyer was the booths displaying the new programs that were due to be released. People were eagerly waiting in line. Many were waiting for hours. I got in line amongst them and asked one of the guys what he thought about wizetrade. He told me something along the lines of, "It's awesome! It took me off of my dead end job." Upon attending Wizefest, I had only been using the wizetrade software for a couple months. I was a newbie but I was fired up and motivated to get moving quickly.

Wizefest was a really cool event. The commradery I received and open arms from the staff and fellow traders was awesome. I made some friends there that I'll have for life. I can't wait for Wizefest 2008! I hope to see you there!

Wizetrade: Stock Trading News: Commodities Focus for May 8, 2008

My Review:

Crude oil prices hit another all-time high of $1.23.50/barrel today. The dollar's strength is not having an impact on lowering the price/barrel. From the trader's position, the price per barrel is high and this typically means that there will be a sign of weakness in the trend, but the wizetrade charts show a strong trend and a high distance and parallel position between the red and green lines. The parallel position is the strongest position for any stock trade to be in. It shows the greatest amount of stability.

Although oil is solid, there were some people who dumped their oil stocks yesterday but there's a drastic amount of green as opposed to red in the wizetrade charts. This is most likely due in part to economists' speculation of an ongoing increase in gas prices; especially on into the summer months.

The S&P is suffering a bit today and the Dow is up from a 200 point bump yesterday. This is great news for those trading in the Dow index. The Dow is still the weakest of the four indexes but there appears to be some positive growth going into next week.

The most interesting thing I saw today on this episode of Commodities Focus, was the discussion on bio fuel, corn, and beans. You've got to watch the video for an indepth review, but the weather in the forecast in the midwest needs some rain a.s.a.p to keep the farmers on schedule for the May 15 harvest day. If your trading in any of the three markets I just mentioned, you want to start a rain dance and hope for positive growth.

How Does Wizetrade Work? The Wizetrade Review

This will probably be one of my favorite posts because I can "lay it all out on the table." There's several bloggers out there and former wizetrade users that post a bunch of negative crap about wizetrade and the wizetrade software. It really bothers me because the software really does work. The problem is... People get excited by the live instruction at the conventions and go home thinking the software is an ATM. The software and the company let everyone know explicitly that wizetrade (the company) are not brokers and do not offer advice.

The other problem with the people who aren't successful is that they try to rush through things as if they're a seasoned trader. Most of the time, people seem to be really bitter because they're in desperate need of money, and think wizetrade is the "over-night solution" to their problems. I didn't know anything about stock trading before I got wizetrade, but I followed the instructions and now I make a really good living, job-free. I imagine the people who complain are probably like that in all aspects of their lives. They're miserable beings that always find the negative in everything. They're the ones that see the glass half-empty in life. But anyways... enough about them.

So how exactly does the software work you might be thinking?

Wizetrade measures buying and selling pressure in the marketplace based on a patent-pending proprietary algorhythm. They provide training that shows their customers how to best use the charts to trade more effectively. They don't provide buy, sell, or hold recommendations.

Now that may sound like a bunch of "techy stuff," so I will break it down further.

Basically... The software shows and compares stock charts and gives you a green light to trade if the buying and selling pressure are good and a red light to keep the trade if the buying and selling pressure are out of wack.

Don't quote me on the specifics above exactly. It's the best way I can explain it through text. One thing very very important to note is that, wizetrade created the "red-light green-light" system. It gives the software all of its ease and user friendliness. The other important thing to note is that many knock-off companies have tried to steal wizetrade's patented system. All of them have failed and achieved horrible reviews.

The really cool thing I like about wizetrade is their tv program wizetrade tv. Wizetrade TV is a really cool and innovative online streaming channel that goes through live trades and picks of the day based on the wizetrade software. No other online trading platform in the world offers something like that. Plus they have interactive sessions where you can call in and ask for help or suggestions.

I'll leave off here for now and talk more about wizetradetv next time. Until then...I'll see you later.

Our ‘Home’ page provides up-to-the-minute news and announcements along with videos from our very own Wizetrade TV® daily segments. Each individual site will contain an Updated Chart of the Day and/or a list of Stocks on the Radar for Wizetrade TV.

The most important feature of our community sites is the ability for our customers to communicate with each other through our Community Forums. There are a number of forums available, Technical Support, General Discussion, Strategies, and more. You will be able to create your message and post it in our forum to be available to other customers, almost immediately. In addition to our forums, we have a download area where you can always download a copy of our software products, a strategy which was posted by one of our trainers, information on common software problems or other downloads.

In our Support Area of the communities we have added a Knowledge Base which is currently being updated by our Service and Support department to provide you with a quick solution to potential technical issues. Additionally, there is a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) tab to address the most commonly asked questions by our customers. One of the best features of the Support tab is the ability to chat live online with one of our Service and Support staff and to be able to keep a copy of the chat for future reference.

    User Groups:

Official User Groups have developed out of Wizetrade’s commitment to our customers and our community. Below are some of our most frequently asked questions, as well as contact information.

What is the purpose of User Groups?
Wizetrade User Groups have been developed to serve all of our customers, in order to foster growth and advancement for the individual investor, and support its Chapter members with Wizetrade products and services. Chapters promote and provide a forum for communication, including the exchange of ideas and trading strategies, and mentoring for new traders, all of which leads to more knowledge for individual investors in learning how to become a better trader.

How will joining a User Group benefit me?
There are many benefits to joining a Wizetrade User Group. Networking and support are two primary keys to success in the trading world. Become a User Group member and discover the advantages of meeting with fellow traders in your area. As a member of your local User Group Chapter, you will always have support and learning resources available. As a group member you can address ideas and discuss trading strategies and styles with fellow traders, share successes and review what is or is not working with group members, broaden your education by networking with a diverse membership base and also receive a discount on your annual WizeFEST® registration and other member benefits.

What is discussed at these meetings?
The needs of every group vary, but the general discussions may be struggles and successes, money management, specific goals, new strategies, homework, member presentations, and administrative tasks.

What is the process for starting or joining a User Group?
Please contact us at: usergroup@wizetrade.com for further assistance.

    How much does it cost?
The User Groups are responsible for setting up a dues structure, if necessary, to cover costs of monthly meeting space, for visiting guest speakers, etc. Each group will set up the amount that best fits their needs as the group is forming and add the dues amount to the bylaws for all members to agree to and pay.

How often and where do they meet?
Official User Group Chapters are required to meet in person once a month as a group. Many groups choose to meet more often, such as twice a month and oftentimes smaller trading groups/pods are formed and will meet daily.

What support does Wizetrade provide for the group?
Wizetrade will provide support based on the needs expressed by each group, which depends on the feedback from group members. We will provide assistance to the User Group Presidents, suggestions for meetings and examples from other groups, and assist with scheduling the Group Programs Trainer to visit groups and provide additional training.

Are there a minimum number of members required to start a group?
In order to be recognized as an official User Group Chapter, you need at least 10 Members (active software owners) that have agreed to the Chapter Bylaws.

Once I join, will my personal information be confidential from other members?
Yes. We do not share your e-mail address without prior approval. The president will only share your e-mail within the group unless you have requested otherwise.

    Who can attend the meetings?
All dues paying (if collected) group members are allowed to attend meetings and can bring a guest to a monthly meeting. If they choose to bring the same guest again, the group may decide that they need to pay a meeting attendance fee (if established). The same guest can only attend three meetings before they are required to own the software and officially join the group.

    WizeFEST:

WizeFEST® is Wizetrade’s ultimate community-building event. Each year, we bring together thousands of traders from around the world in our hometown of Dallas, Texas, for the very best in training, networking and socializing. WizeFEST, a tradition since 2002, began with a burning desire to show our appreciation for our valued customers. Characterized by contagious energy, WizeFEST has developed into the highlight of the year for many of our traders. This incredible event grows in scope each year as we add more training classes, ranging from a basic introduction to the products to advanced strategy sessions, plus classes that allow traders to broaden their knowledge of today’s markets and increase the opportunities for networking among our diverse clients. I wanted to make a blog to give people some insight into the wizetrade software and their television broadcast: wizetradetv. In this blog, I will be reviewing the video posts from wizetrade tv and also giving insight into the company, amongst other random things related to the stock market.
